酒莊歷史
右岸Saint-Emillion Grand Cru，Chateau Quintus的副牌酒，在2011年被Domaine Clarence Dillon集團買下(擁有Haut Brion和La Mission兩個名莊)。在更名後將酒莊徹底革新於2012年討回原有的Grand Cru Classe聲譽。重新命名Quintus也代表著莊園的重生，這是集團擁有的第五家波爾多酒莊；另外比較精心設計的方面，包裝上很精美，6支一盒，每支均有獨立盒子，詳見圖二。在口感上十分成熟厚重，熟黑莓果香和Vanilla味道較為突出，餘韻綿密悠長，是性價比較高的一款法國酒。
The 2016 Le Dragon de Quintus has a perfumed, floral bouquet of red fruit infused with pressed rose petals; kirsch and orange blossom emerge with time. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin. A little pinched on the entry, and quite peppery, with gentle grip toward the tinny finish. Give this a couple of years to shave off those edges. Drink 2022-2030.
